BOOKINGS and CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking with Banana Well Getaway!

Please note, whilst making your accommodation booking the Terms & Conditions below apply.

Ensure your booking and dates are correct before finalising. Our payment providers do not refund the booking processing fee which is charged on top of our accommodation pricing.

Our Accommodation requires full pre-payment at the time of your booking, therefore changes or cancellation may only be made to your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability.  Changes and cancellations for our 3 & 4 Bedroom houses may only be made to your booking up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Failure to cancel outside 48 hours (or 7 days for 3&4 bed houses) before your arrival date, will incur a fee, which will be equivalent to your full accommodation charge of the booking.

Failure to arrive on the booked date, a fee equivalent to your total accommodation of the booking will be charged.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED BY REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

GRIEVANCES

We try to settle issues or complaints reasonably and quickly.

LIABILITY

Banana Well Getaway will not be held responsible or liable for loss of property during your stay.

Every care will be will taken and keys are available to lock your room.

PUBLIC LIABILITY

Entry to Banana Well Getaway property is at your own risk.

Burrguk Aboriginal Corporation (BAC) will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries sustained whilst visiting.

Every care is given to ensure this is addressed in the Banana Well Policy Statement installed in all rooms.

The Policy advises and alerts visitors of the local environmental dangers and to seek advice if not sure of anything i.e. tidal movements, letting caretakers know where you are going fishing and expected time of return.
